MARKETENTERIET
Here you can spend the night surrounded by history. We have decided to decorate the building in a vintage style so that you will get the right feeling of the past. Wake up, rested, in Sweden’s history. “Marketenteriet” was built in the early 1900s hundreds as a bachelor hotel. But the plans fell through, and it wasn’t until 100 years later that the Bed & Breakfast we have today was established.

GATHERINGS
RENT THE ENTIRE HOUSE
For gatherings, perhaps to celebrate someone or something, hold a meeting or conference, we recommend that rent all of “Marketenteriet”!
Your party gets access to the entire house, which means that, in addition to all 31 beds spread over 15 rooms, you have access to the large lounge with projector and screen, kitchenette, ten showers and toilets – on two levels and the basement.
Renting the entire house costs SEK 14,000 per day and you book by contacting us.
Marketenteriet has a total of 31 beds distributed across 15 rooms, four of which are equipped with double beds and there is one triple room. The remaining rooms are equipped with two single beds. In most rooms, it is also possible to add an extra bed for children (40 beds in total). There is a kitchenette and spacious common areas on each floor. There are a total of 10 toilets and 8 showers distributed across three floors.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
THE ROOMS
Marketenteriet has a total of 31 beds distributed across 15 rooms, four of which are equipped with double beds and there is one triple room. The remaining rooms are equipped with two single beds. In most rooms, it is also possible to add an extra bed for children. All individually decorated rooms have wooden floors and vintage-style details, as well as access to shared bathrooms. The beds are made upon check-in, but no bed-making service is provided during your stay.
BREAKFAST
The price for an overnight stay includes breakfast. It is available in the kitchen on the ground floor of Marketenteriet from 7AM to 10AM.
COOKING
The house has two kitchens, one on each floor. The ground floor has a stove and oven, while the upper floor has hotplates. Both kitchens are equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
INTERNET
Wireless internet is available.
TOILETS & SHOWERS
In Marketenteriet there is a toilet and shower in the corridor. A total of 10 toilets and 8 showers are distributed on three different levels. An accessible toilet is available.
PETS
Pets are allowed in some rooms. Tell us in advance if you are bringing a pet so that we can book you into a pet-friendly room.
ALLERGIES
As we allow pets in some of our rooms, we can’t guarantee an allergy-friendly stay for everyone. Pets are allowed to stay in the overnight rooms on the ground floor.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Booking & payment takes place through STF’s booking page. The link can be found here under Book a room.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in takes place after 15:00 and is then possible for the rest of the day. Check-out takes place no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. Check-in and check-out take place independently via key envelopes.
